We’ll take care of all of the complex logistical elements, including (in collaboration with you) the development of the run sheet, to do list, floor plans, and the management of the guest list, dietaries, seating plans, and vendor briefing documents — so that you don't find yourself worrying about them in the middle of the night!

Inner North Studio will handle all of the production details needed to bring your wedding vision to life — from acting as the key point of contact with the venue, overseeing the bump in process and managing all key vendors, to getting our hands dirty building backdrops and testing A/V equipment.

We offer on-the-day event coordination, which means we’ll be there throughout the course of your wedding. We act as the key liaison with the venue and all vendors, ensuring your wedding is running smoothly and to schedule. This way, you can turn up on your wedding day and just enjoy it!
