We offer a range of different weddings packages, which may include creative direction and design, planning, event production and styling, and event management on the day of your wedding.

If you’re not sure which package will suit you best — or what your requirements will be — that’s totally fine. We can talk all of this through, and land on a completely bespoke option that you love.

1. The Vision

  • CREATIVE DIRECTION, including:

    • Concepting: Working together, we’ll explore, refine and land on a cohesive event concept for your wedding (think theme, tone, mood and experience)

    • Visual identity: Based on the agreed concept, INS develops a creative production document containing the overall creative direction and visual identity for your wedding (think colour palette, textures, lighting and decor elements along with reference imagery)

    • Venue and vendor recommendations: Once we align on the visual identity, INS will supply you with vendor and venue recommendations to suit the theme and mood of your wedding

    • Mockups: INS will supply mockups to help you visualise the look and feel of your wedding

    • Style Guide: INS will supply you with a style guide, which contains a breakdown of all production and styling elements needed to bring your wedding day to life and where to source them, including: Décor, props, florals, lighting, rigging, staging, draping and entertainment across the ceremony and reception

    • Print materials: Concept and design for invitations, signage, menus and place cards

    • Wedding website: Colour palette, fonts, icons, imagery plus recommendations around website platform and hosting

2. The Vision+Planning

  • Everything included in ‘The Vision’ package plus:

    PLANNING:

    • Venue research, outreach, contract negotiations and ongoing liaison (if needed)

    • Vendor research, outreach, contract negotiations and ongoing liaison

      • I.e Hair and makeup artists, florists, DJs, performers, celebrants, photographers, videographers and/or content creators, cake/dessert caterers, lighting and A/V, draping, decor, props, rental items and printers

    • Site visits to key wedding venues

    • Regular status meetings to ensure you’re involved in, and across, all creative and planning updates

    • The creation and management of the:

      • Status document (to help you stay on top of all of the elements needed to bring your wedding to life, and to meet all deadlines)

      • Floor plans

      • Run sheet

      • Contact lists

      • Vendor briefs

      • Guest list and dietaries

      • Seating plans

      • Bump in/out schedule and logistics

      • Oversight of the budget (if this is your preference)

      • Safety and compliance documentation (usually required by venues)

3. Almost Everything

  • Everything included in ‘The Vision and Planning’ package plus:

    PRODUCTION:

    • Inner North Studio will be there on the day of your wedding for the bump in and set up of all production elements, including:

      • Furniture

      • Theming and décor

      • Print material

      • Oversight of floral bump in

      • Lighting and A/V

      • Rigging

      • DJ and entertainment equipment (if required)

      • Bespoke activities

    • Key point of contact with the venue

    • On-site liaison and briefing of all key vendors to ensure elements are bumped in on time and as per the production plan and run sheet

    • Bump out following the event’s conclusion

    STYLING

    • Inner North Studio will work with the venue on the day of your wedding to ensure that all production and decor elements come together to create a bold, cohesive, polished and unforgettable space, as per the approved creative direction and style guide

4. Everything

  • Everything included in the ‘Almost Everything’ package plus:

    ON-THE-DAY EVENT MANAGEMENT:

    • One dedicated Event Manager (INS Head Planner) to run the live event from end-to-end, including:

      • Being the key point of contact with the venue and all vendors throughout the event

      • The management of the run sheet, ensuring the event runs seamlessly and to schedule

      • Oversight of live music and/or music playlists

      • Managing issues relating to inclement weather

      • Traffic management, ensuring guests get from A to B and know where they’re sitting

      • Helping guests with any requests they may have

      • Escalating any issues to the venue

5. Just the Creative Stuff

  • This package includes everything under ‘The Vision’ package plus:

    STYLING

    • Inner North Studio will work with the venue on the day of your wedding to ensure that all production and decor elements come together to create a bold, cohesive, polished and unforgettable space, as per the approved creative direction and style guide
